Oleg Fishelev is Chairman of the Board of Directors at Unimatic Group, where he leads the company's strategic development and oversees the adoption of modern technologies and management practices across its industrial operations.

He holds a degree in Economics and Management in Mechanical Engineering from Ural Federal University and completed an MBA at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO in 2018, with a focus on strategic leadership and organisational growth.

Oleg Fishelev joined Unimatic early in his career, gaining experience across manufacturing operations and project management before taking on broader leadership responsibilities. He was instrumental in introducing digital systems that improved production efficiency. In 2018, he assumed ownership of the company as part of a planned succession from its founder, Igor Fishelev.

Since 2021, his priorities have included expanding domestic manufacturing capabilities, developing CNC equipment for educational institutions, and supporting training initiatives to prepare qualified professionals for the industrial sector.

Outside his executive role, he maintains an interest in software engineering, game development, and 3D modelling, and actively explores how these technologies can be applied to advance industrial systems and technical education.
